The noise from adjacent rooms is unbearable!!! It disrupted my nights completely, and basic items like pool towels were not available. Maintenance lacks urgency, leading to broken utilities like ice machines and remotes!!!

The hotel's location was comfy, short walk to restaurants and mall, a convenience store and Katy mall;))

A double room was new-fashioned. It also had coffee/tea making machines, a sitting area and a work desk. Location: the hotel was just off restaurants and mall as well as the mall. The services were great...

In my wife's opinion, the noise from the neighbors was disruptive, and the pool area could use a thorough cleaning. It would be great if they improved sound insulation for a more restful experience, especially for families.
